How to Apply

Application should include the following documents:

• Application Form (pdf)
• Resume
• 1-page cover letter describing your interest in this program as well as your near term (1-3 year) academic and professional goals
• At least one letter of recommendation
• OPTIONAL Demographic self-identification forms (pdf) These forms are not available to the selection committee. They are routed directly to HR for evaluating applicant demographics in the aggregate. They are not associated with your name or application.

How to Submit your Application

Emailing your documents to asi@lanl.gov submits them directly into our administrator. All documents must be sent to this address. Any documents not submitted in the initial email can be submitted later to the same address, asi@lanl.gov.

You must include the applicant name in the subject of all document submissions. This will ensure they are included in your application package.
