Ombuds program provides help for students
Some of the services available to students are:
- We listen
- Answer questions
- Provide and receive information
- Suggest referrals to other Laboratory resources
- Help develop options for resolving concerns, problems, and conflicts
While we may assist through various dispute resolution techniques, the emphasis is on exploring ways for you to help yourself. You retain control of options and ownership of your issues.
